Friends and false friends

I noticed that somebody had translated my translation "The iron bars of reality" of Jussi Halla-Aho's essay into German, "Die Eisenstangen der Realität".

I don't speak German myself at all except the very little that I learned from Korkeajännitys comics, which are popular Finnish translations of the British Commando Comics. Even so, I believed that I understood what the first comment "Was der Mann schreibt, ist so offensichtlich," meant. However, when I ran that page through the Google translation service, that sentence turned out to have completely different meaning! Right now I sure am feeling embarazada.

It's a good thing you translate Halla-aho to English. He definitely deserves wider recognition.
