Maybe I should do all my thinking in this meme format, a sort of Internet age Hegelian dialectic:
To clarify, I think Peterson is great. From the point of view of the 2nd brain (that quote is from a profile in The Atlantic on Peterson by, I assume, a smart person), I can accept that I may be a stupid person.
First of all:
WHY IS THIS FORM INSECURE:
“The information you have entered on this page will be sent over an insecure connection and could be read by a third party.”
WHY ARE YOU ALSO TRYING TO HTML5 CANVAS FINGERPRINT VISITORS TO UNIQUELY HARDWARE-IDENTIFY THEM?
Part of the centralized spying problem MUCH?
Fuck sake…
As I once read on some MRA or Red Pill forum (maybe Chateau Heartiste), in rebuttal to someone seeking validation that a given source was a good one:
“Never take anything as being good or bad because you identify with it.
Instead, listen to it, digest it, analyze it THEN make a judgement.”
THAT is the difference between some of us and many of them.
Sometimes Jordan Peterson helps people think. They need to be interested in trying in the first place, though, to get anything good from him. Anyone can jump on any old bandwagon.
